DESCRIPTION:The Leighton Buzzard walking group has been set up by local Carers to join together and have a walk and a chat followed by a coffee. \nThe group meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 1pm at The Click and Collect at Tesco\, Vimy Road\, Linslade\, and ends at the Globe pub\, Stoke Road\, Linslade.  \nFor those who may not be able to take part in the walk. They are very welcome to join later on in the Globe pub for coffee and a chat\, they arrive at approx 1:30pm \nThey plan to be back at the Click and Collect at Tesco for 3pm. \nPlease note Tesco has recently reduced their parking to 2 hours. \nThis is a community ran group which means a member of staff from Blue Sky will not be in attendance.

These sessions will be available to attend in person at the office (max 20) and online on Microsoft Teams. \nThis Month’s topic – This workshop focuses on looking after yourself while caring for someone else. We’ll explore the impact that caring can have on your physical and emotional wellbeing\, recognise signs that you may be feeling overwhelmed or burnt out\, and look at simple\, realistic ways to prioritise your own needs.
