Mind BLMK is a leading local mental health charity and part of a federation of local Minds across England and Wales, affiliated with national Mind. We have been delivering high-quality mental health services for more than 48 years. Our aim is to provide the best mental health prevention and intervention services across Luton, Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes. Mind BLMK delivers key services, navigating complex system challenges while creating positive change and improving outcomes for our communities’ mental health and wellbeing. Mind BLMK works to improve public attitudes towards mental health, increasing recognition and acceptance that mental health can affect anyone. Our services support people of all ages on their mental health journey and recovery. Our offer includes crisis support, peer support, activity groups, suicide prevention, suicide bereavement support, physical wellbeing and mentoring. We also provide education and training for professionals, communities and people with lived experience of mental health.
