🎓Carer Training and Information Session🎓- Boundaries Workshop

We’re excited to welcome you along to our hybrid information session, which will include a different topic each month that will aim to assist carers in their caring role. These sessions will be available to attend in person at the office (max 20) and online on Microsoft Teams.

This Month’s topic – This workshop explores what healthy boundaries are and why they are important, particularly when caring for someone else. We’ll look at how to recognise when our boundaries are being stretched, how to communicate our needs clearly, and how to say “no” without feeling guilty. The session will provide practical tips to help carers protect their own wellbeing while maintaining positive and supportive relationships.
