The service also supports family members and unpaid carers by providing reassurance and giving them time to attend appointments, spend time with family or take a break. Support is personalised around each individual, their routine and what matters most to them. There are no one-size-fits-all packages.
How this service works
Good Life Sorted provides flexible, personalised support through local Helpers. Support can be provided for a few hours each week or more regularly, depending on the individual's needs.
