💜Walk & Talk with Blue-Sky Carers 💜

Take a break, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with other carers at one of our upcoming Walk & Talk sessions.

Join us for a relaxed walk in a beautiful local setting, followed by the opportunity to stay for a coffee and chat (optional). It’s a great chance to meet other carers, share experiences, make new connections, and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself.

Upcoming Walk & Talk locations and dates:
📍 The Mill, Bromham (Bedford North) – 19th August
📍 Houghton Pavilion Park (CBC South) – 25th September
📍 Priory Marina (Bedford) – 23rd October
📍 RSPB Sandy (CBC Mid) – 27th November

🕙 All walks begin at 10:00am and include a gentle 30-minute walk, followed by the option to stay for a coffee and chat.

💙 Cost: FREE to attend. If you choose to stay for refreshments, food and drinks can be purchased at the café.
